Months 1 & 2

Building strong foundations

During the first couple of months working together, our focus is on getting all the pieces into place for your demand gen and demand capture efforts to work like they should — as soon as you hit “launch.” This includes:

Deep account audits

We’ll do a deep run through of all your ad accounts historical performance, settings, and targeting. Only making adjustments where needed, based on our deep ICP research, to make the transition super smooth and easy for everyone.

Analytics set up

We’ll review your existing integrations and connections to make sure data flows smoothly between your ad accounts and your business tools. We’ll also implement the highest quality conversion signals with enough volume to feed the algorithms (offline and online) so that they work in your favour.

Paid search and social strategy

We’ll build out your comprehensive paid search and paid social strategies from the ground up to support demand gen and demand capture. This includes everything from keyword research and ad copy and creatives to restructuring accounts based on performance data, ICP data, and business objectives — in line with up-to-date best practices.

Conversion rate optimisation

We’ll do a full and comprehensive review of your existing landing pages and work with you to optimise them. From teardowns with detailed feedback so your team can update them. To crafting new landing pages from scratch to educate your audience and encourage prospects to fill in your lead gen forms.

Setting up processes

We’ll make sure we have direct, open communication channels set up through Slack and other shared workspace tools, so we can stay in touch and keep each other up to date, easily.

Month 3 → Onwards

Continuously optimising performance

With your campaigns up and running, over the coming months, we’ll manage them on a daily basis — continuously looking for new ways to minimise wasted ad spend, and updating you on progress regularly as we double down on what works and start scaling up. This includes:

We’ll reach out to you before you reach out to us, and will check in with you regularly through Slack, while meeting with you at least twice a month to discuss your strategy and deeper topics. We’ll also support you and your team with training and workshops where necessary.
